What does it look like when artists and arts workers flourish? A simple utopian answer is that the broader society will be flourishing as well, uplifted by beauty and creativity.

This is a guided discussion on how we can sustain a more wellbeing-centred, regenerative arts ecosystem, co-hosted by Toronto-based artist-administrator May Chook and Zarita Sharon Adhiambo. We are not economists, but we all participate in the economic ecosystems. It is important to talk about the economic systems and policies relevant to the arts, and the possibility of applying a wellbeing economy lens.

We welcome everyone involved in the arts industry and ecosystem to participate in this discussion. Artists, arts workers, leaders, artist entrepreneurs, cultural workers, creative practitioners, researchers, arts enthusiasts, policy makers, funders, passionate volunteers, service providers, and more. The universe is the limit.
